Salted Caramel Pretzel Blondies
Heat sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the sugar melts and turns an amber color.
Whisk in butter, heavy cream, and sea salt until smooth.
Beat melted butter and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla, then fold in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Coarsely chop half of the pretzels and add to the batter.
Fold pretzel pieces into the blondie batter.
Transfer the batter into a prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Spread the salted caramel over the blondies.
Top with remaining pretzels and chocolate chips.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
