Divide mint leaves in two glasses. Add 2 lime wedges and 2 tbsp honey cinnamon syrup to each glass. Use a muddler and gently break up the mint leaves. Fill each glass about halfway full with crushed ice. Add 2.5 oz rum to each glass and stir to combine. Add sliced peaches and top the glass with club soda. Garnish with extra mint leave and ENJOY!
Honey Cinnamon Syrup:
Combine water and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
