This Honey Cinnamon Pear Mojito makes the best Fall cocktail. Bursting with flavor and perfectly paired with Sea Salt and Pepper SkinnyPop Popcorn!

Ingredients 

  • 2 pears thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup fresh mint leave about 5-7 leaves per drink
  • honey cinnamon syrup recipe below
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 5 oz white rum
  • 3 cups club soda
  • ½ lime cut into wedges

Honey Cinnamon Syrup

  • ¾ cup water
  • cup honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Divide mint leaves in two glasses. Add 2 lime wedges and 2 tbsp honey cinnamon syrup to each glass. Use a muddler and gently break up the mint leaves. Fill each glass about halfway full with crushed ice. Add 2.5 oz rum to each glass and stir to combine. Add sliced peaches and top the glass with club soda. Garnish with extra mint leave and ENJOY!

Honey Cinnamon Syrup:

  • Combine water and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
