Brownie Ingredients

– 2 cups raw walnuts or cashews – ½ cup cacao can use cocoa powder – ¼ tsp salt – 1 ¾ cups Mejdool dates – ¾ cup prunes – 1 tbsp coconut oil melted – 1 tsp vanilla extract

Ganache Ingredients

– 1 cup chocolate chips – ⅓ cup coconut milk – flaked sea salt – cacao nibs for topping

Step One Add walnuts and cacao in food processor.

Step Two Process until fine crumbs.

Step Three Add dates, prunes, and coconut oil. Process until smooth.

Step Four Transfer mixture to a parchment paper lined pan.

Step Five Evenly press mixture into the pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 6 Melt chocolate chips with coconut milk.

Step 7 Stir until smooth.

Step 8 Pour ganache over brownies and refrigerate until set.

Step 10 Top with cacao nibs and sea salt. Cut into squares & enjoy!
