Salted Maple Pecan Pie Energy Balls

These no-bake Salted Maple Pecan Pie Energy Balls are made with real, whole ingredients and in less than 10 minutes! (gluten free, paleo, vegan)

INGREDIENTS

dates pecans shredded coconut maple syrup sea salt

Blend

Place all of the dates, pecans, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, maple syrup, and salt in a food processor. Process for 1-2 minutes until mixture comes together.

Roll

Place extra coconut in a bowl and set aside. Roll the mixture into 12 balls. Roll balls in coconut and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
