Salted Caramel Pretzel Blondies

INGREDIENTS

butter brown sugar egg vanilla extract flour baking powder salt pretzels chocolate chips salted caramel

Prepare Batter

In a mixing bowl, beat melted butter and brown sugar until blended. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix until combined.

Add Pretzels

Coarsely chop half of the pretzels and add to the batter.

Fold the pretzels pieces into the blondie batter.

Transfer the batter into prepared pan and spread into an even later and bake.

Spread caramel topping over cooled blondies.
