TRISCUIT Crackers with Smoked Salmon and Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
- 3 oz smoked salmon chopped
- ¼ cup baby spinach chopped
- ½ avocado diced
- 3-4 chives finely chopped
- juice from ½ a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 24 TRSICUIT Original Crackers
Instructions
- In a medium size bowl, combine smoked salmon, baby spinach, avocado, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Spoon mixture onto crackers.
TRISCUIT Crackers with Quinoa Mango Salad
Ingredients
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- 1 mango diced
- ½ red pepper diced
- 4 cherry tomatoes quartered
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- Juice from ½ a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 24 TRISCUIT Original Crackers
Instructions
- In a medium size bowl, combine cooked quinoa, diced mango, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Spoon mixture onto crackers.
