Ingredients 

  • 3 oz smoked salmon chopped
  • ¼ cup baby spinach chopped
  • ½ avocado diced
  • 3-4 chives finely chopped
  • juice from ½ a lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 24 TRSICUIT Original Crackers

Instructions 

  • In a medium size bowl, combine smoked salmon, baby spinach, avocado, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Spoon mixture onto crackers.

  • ½ red pepper diced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes quartered
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • In a medium size bowl, combine cooked quinoa, diced mango, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Spoon mixture onto crackers.
